- Previous CNC experience
- Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnight hours
- Manufacturing, woodworking, or powder coating experience is a plus
CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to meet production goals
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Perform routine quality checks and measurements
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly
Schedule & Pay for the CNC Machine Operator
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- $20.00–$22.00/hour based on experience
- Additional 10% shift differential for 3rd shift
- Overtime opportunities available, with extended hours from 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM as needed
- Stable, year-round position
