You’ll get exposure to both civil design and geotechnical engineering, building a strong technical foundation early in your career:

Support site development design (grading, drainage, erosion control, layout)

Assist with geotechnical investigations, including field work and soil analysis

Be on-site for drilling activities and field inspections—learn how projects come to life

Help prepare soil boring logs and contribute to geotechnical reports

Work with senior engineers on foundation design inputs (drilled shafts, shallow foundations, etc.)

Collaborate with civil, geotechnical, and electrical teams on real-world infrastructure projects

Assist in preparing calculations, reports, and engineering documentation

Participate in site visits and learn constructability considerations firsthand

Gain exposure to industry standards, safety practices, and QA/QC processes

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

0–2 years of experience (internships and co-ops absolutely count)

Interest in both civil site design and geotechnical engineering

Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
