Job Summary

Duties
- Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries along designated routes
- Load and unload packages using proper lifting techniques, heavy lifting equipment, or manual handling methods
- Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures when required, and ensure accurate documentation of all shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with enthusiasm
- Use route navigation tools to follow optimized delivery paths, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents encountered during routes
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures and inventory handling
- Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles with manual transmission is advantageous
- Knowledge of driving safety regulations and traffic laws applicable to commercial driving
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, moving packages of various sizes, and operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks if needed
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
