The Will Leather Goods flagship store in Portland is in a high-energy location and requires a high-energy, experienced salesperson for this full-time position.
10+ years of experience in luxury merchandise retail sales is required.
The successful candidate:
- Must be articulate and capable of expressing brand message to guests.
- Must have a high level of professionalism in a fast paced sales environment.
- Theatrical/ acting/public speaking a plus
- A performative, poised, outgoing personality.
- Experience with upscale clientele.
- College degree preferred.
- A proven track record of merchandising expertise is part of the successful candidate’s profile.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist in merchandising efforts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product demos when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
