Job Overview: We are looking for a CREW that is currently working together that needs extra work and are total PROS. ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential. Working with lift is required up to 6 floors
Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit.
- Perform drywall work, including patching and finishing as needed.
- Hang doors, ensuring they operate smoothly and securely.
- Apply caulking to seal gaps and prevent air or water leaks.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.
- Assist in remodeling projects as required, demonstrating maintenance person skills.
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window/door installation or related carpentry work.
- Strong skills in drywall repair, remodeling, door hanging, caulking, and general maintenance person tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with precision.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting installation challenges.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
