Help Us Rewrite the Narrative of Veterinary Medicine.
Veterinary medicine is at a crossroads, but we refuse to accept that burnout and exhaustion are "just part of the job." We believe the future of our profession can be sustainable, joyful, and deeply rewarding—and we are actively building that reality.
If you are an engaged, forward-thinking veterinarian who is energized by leadership, driven to make a difference, and passionate about leaving this profession better than you found it, we want to build that future with you.
We Aren't Just Adapting to the Solution—We Are the Solution.
Before EVS, families in Reno faced an unfair choice when their pets needed timely care: wait weeks for a primary care slot or brace for the stress and high cost of an emergency room. We created a better alternative—one that fills the critical gap between GP and ER, offering fast, compassionate care without the high-stakes chaos.
We are fiercely independent, veterinarian-owned, and on a mission to create longevity for our peers and true sustainability for our industry. We’re proving that high-quality medicine, thriving clinic culture, and a healthy life outside of work can coexist.
A Unique Platform to Lead, Inspire, and Leave a Legacy
Our Reno Managing Veterinarian is preparing for family leave, opening up an exceptional opportunity for a Chief of Staff position.
If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to step into leadership, guide a team, or explore practice ownership—without taking on an overwhelming administrative burden—this is your launching pad.
This isn't a turnaround project. You won't be inheriting a broken system. We handle backend business operations like scheduling, inventory, and payroll so you can focus entirely on what matters most:
- Lead with Impact: Mentor and inspire a skilled, enthusiastic medical team in a supportive environment where toxicity is never tolerated.
- Practice High-Value Care: Deliver meaningful urgent care that genuinely solves problems for local pets and grateful owners.
- Be a Pillar in the Community: Represent a model of care that fosters trust, connection, and long-term vitality for the Reno community.
- Shape the Culture: Help redefine how veterinary teams operate, protect work-life integration, and set the standard for practice longevity.
Supported Leadership Today. Long-Term Growth Tomorrow.
You won't lead in a vacuum. You’ll have direct support, partnership, and mentorship from doctor-owners who share your vision and understand the day-to-day realities of clinical practice.
