Crisis Service Provider
Part Time
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide crisis services

Conduct daily recovery-based activities

Provide routine check-ins with individuals, leaving no one unattended

Teach daily living skills
-
Assist individuals in connecting with community resources

Provide transportation as needed

Documentation
-
Complete all required paperwork for billing and audit needs
-
Maintain a written record of individuals’ progress same day of service

Communication
-
Identify problematic trends and aid in problem solving
-
Build relationships with all departments to aid in communication flow—focus on Compass as a whole
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age 18+ years old and have High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Reliable, responsible, flexible

Ability to interact with and respond appropriately to emergency situations
