Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Screen Print, Heat Seal, and Digitizing Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality custom apparel and promotional items through various printing and finishing techniques. Your expertise in graphic design, color management, and machine operation will ensure that each product meets our rigorous quality standards. Duties
- Setup and operate large-format printers, screen printing presses, heat seal machines, and digital printing equipment to produce custom designs on apparel and accessories
- Interpret production documents, artwork files, and layout designs accurately
- Manage color consistency and perform color management tasks to ensure vibrant, accurate print results across multiple projects
- Adjust mechanical equipment, heat presses, and industrial machinery to optimize print quality and production speed
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions promptly
- Perform routine maintenance on printing and finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Collaborate with design teams to refine artwork files for optimal printability while adhering to client specifications
- Time management, strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience
- Proven experience operating screen printing presses, heat seal machines, digital printers, and large-format printers in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with color management techniques, layout design, typography, and print advertising standards
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust industrial equipment
- Understanding of quality control procedures within a manufacturing setting to ensure consistent output standards
- Experience interpreting production documents and technical specifications accurately
