The 44-bed Med/Surg and Urology Units on the 4 th floor at Martin Health North provide care to patients with kidney disease, high blood pressure and other related issues. The Renal Unit has 18 beds while the Urology Unit has 26 beds. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on this team, you will use your extensive knowledge and expertise to assist with timely , effective and efficient care. In this role, you will b e responsible for gathering information necessary to complete the nursing process, medication administration, documentation of treatments and care, management of equipment, patient s afety and monitoring of vital signs.
