Norfolk Collegiate is seeking applicants for substitute teaching positions for the current academic year. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to teaching a range of high school, middle school and lower school classes, proctoring study halls, and supporting the school's mission as needed. Ideal candidates will have some teaching experience in a lower, middle or upper school setting, and a commitment to interdisciplinary approaches to learning. We seek teachers who are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about teaching. They should have an established interest in working with students from a variety of backgrounds who possess a range of abilities and learning styles. The position requires collaborative work with other teachers and administrators. Norfolk Collegiate offers a close-knit, supportive environment and a collegial atmosphere.
