In this role, the Customer Sales Associate will work directly with residential customers to provide pest control solutions, educate homeowners on available services, and help customers choose the best protection plans for their homes and families.

Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with residential customers to discuss pest control concerns and recommend service solutions.
- Educate customers on pest prevention, treatment plans, and the benefits of ongoing pest control services.
- Present pricing, service packages, and promotional offers to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and follow-up support.
- Generate new customer accounts while meeting individual and team sales goals.
- Handle customer questions and concerns in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales documentation.
- Work closely with team members and management to support company growth and customer satisfaction.
Customer Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior Customer Sales Associate experience is a plus
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and recommending services.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, retail, sales, canvassing, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions when needed.
