Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to lead our cleaning and custodial operations. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations across all areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with industry best practices
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and industrial cleaning areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, use of janitorial equipment, and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure smooth operational flow
- Enforce safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace safety regulations
- Lead team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, janitorial practices, laundry operations, and custodial services
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective team supervision and coordination
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable
