- Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine and service standards
- Ability to provide polished, attentive and personalized service
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of service consistent with fine dining standards
- Guide guests through the menu, including food and wine recommendations
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items, specials and wine list
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
- Work closely with the team to create a seamless guest experience
