Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and servicing a book of personal lines insurance business, providing exceptional support to clients, and ensuring their coverage needs are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts with particular focus on renewal reviews and account rounding
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Review insurance policies to ensure accuracy and appropriate coverage
- Educate clients on their policies and recommend coverage enhancements when necessary
- Prepare renewal proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- Ensure compliance with agency and carrier guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Minimum of 3 years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office is required, experience with Applied Epic is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
