Job Summary
CC Behavioral Wellness is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to provide clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) and social work interns. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician looking for a flexible, part-time supervisory role while supporting the professional growth of emerging social workers.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs in accordance with Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners requirements.
- Supervise graduate-level social work interns, including guidance on clinical skills, ethics, documentation, and professional development.
- Maintain documentation of supervision sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Current Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) license in good standing.
- Experience providing psychotherapy and clinical supervision.
- Knowledge of Maryland social work licensing regulations and supervision requirements.
Commitment
- Approximately 2–6 hours per month, depending on the number of supervisees.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Contract (1099) position.
