We are seeking a friendly, energetic and organized person to Co-host our Airbnbs in Ithaca. The host or hostess is the first person to interact with Guest through the airbnb App. It is imperative that the host is friendly, personable, informative. The Co-Host establish first impressions of the establishment. You must be patient, excel at customer service, and alert to guest needs. Turn Over rooms and or airbnb listings. Record restock and order inventory.
Co-Host Duties and Responsibilities
- Point of contact for Airbnb guests
- Assisted with Check ins, when necessary
- Turn over Airbnb listings between 11am-4pm Active work ( Only about 3 hours on most days)
- Active work will be done on site, includes stocking, restocking, inventory count, ordering,
- Create guest reviews, and guest interactions,
- Assign cleanings and deeper house cleaning to cleaners
- Manage own active work and passive work and the Cleaners scheduling.
- The side tasks are from 4-8pm ( Can be done at home)
Host/Hostess Requirements and Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation
- Smartphone to Access Airbnb App. Tablets and or laptop recommended
- Working weekends are a must.
- Can make own schedule take day off on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
- Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel through shift
- Recording and organizing expenses on Quickbooks a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone
- You Want to work for bonuses or be an AirBNB Partnership with US
- Ideally Live in Town

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
