Please note - This is a part-time role paid hourly, up to 8 hours per week required.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our office operations. The primary responsibility is to manage incoming USPS mail; including sorting, scanning, and distributing to internal stakeholders. This role also includes occasional ad hoc administrative tasks to support general office upkeep and project-related needs.

Retrieve, open, sort, and scan incoming USPS mail
- Digitally route scanned documents to appropriate recipients
- Maintain confidentiality and organization of physical and digital records
- Manage incoming cheque payments and coordinate their secure deposit in line with company procedures
- Perform light office housekeeping (e.g., tidying work areas, refilling supplies)
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and internal projects as assigned
- When required, providing support in the execution of safety and occupational health & safety (HSE) related activities, inspections and compliance checks.

Hours & Schedule:
- Up to 8 hours per week minimum
- Wednesday’s (flexible within business hours)
