Experienced paralegal sought for busy branch office of a regional Insurance Defense firm. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- drafting correspondence, motions, discovery demands, discovery responses and arbitration submissions
- tracking cases and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- medical review for liability defense
