Qualifications
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant environment.
- Experience in Italian cuisine preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation methods.
