POSITION PURPOSE
The Client Account Manager, is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with our physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and delivering account management that supports operational and financial objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular meetings to review and assess client performance metrics and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned client accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Partner with other management members on projects and metrics to ensure client success
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Understand client operational, financial, and clinical challenges that may be affecting outcomes
- Recommend customized solutions that improve RCM metrics and performance.
- Provide industry insights, market trends, and regulatory updates relevant to healthcare clients.
- Maintain thorough documentation of account actions and meetings
- Maintain assigned client portal logins and conduct routine checks on users assigned
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and healthcare regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Training, Certification and Experience:
- 3-5+ years of healthcare account management, healthcare customer success, or business development experience.
- Experience working with healthcare revenue cycle processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Practice Management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience with practice management systems: Epic, NextGen, Athena, eClinicalWorks)
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, payer guidelines)

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
