Vobile is looking for a General Ledger Accountant (part-time, hybrid work schedule) to join us in Santa Clara, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations
- Review and Verify payroll reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Discreet and trustworthy due to frequent contact with confidential material
- Related work experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
