We are a fast-paced, grab-and-go bagel shop in Stroudsburg serving fresh bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. We open at 5:00 AM, so our mornings are busy and we need a reliable cook who thrives in a high-energy kitchen.
What you'll do:
- Prepare and cook breakfast sandwiches, bagel melts, and other menu items
- Grill eggs, meats, and assemble orders quickly and accurately
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during the morning & afternoon rush
- Assist with basic food prep (slicing, portioning, etc.)
MANDATORY SCHEDULE: This position requires availability from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily. We are a morning business and cannot customize or split shifts to fit personal schedules. Please only apply if you can commit to this full window.
- Previous experience as a cook, line cook, OR waiter/waitress/server (1+ year preferred). If you have restaurant or food-service experience, you already know how to handle a busy rush—we want you!
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable transportation to Stroudsburg, PA (1672 N 9th St)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one)
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
