Foxblossom Co. is a custom gifting company, creating high-end custom gift boxes for retail consumers as well as large B2B clients. We are growing quickly, and are looking to add members to our team to assist with production tasks (pouring candles, laser engraving, making customized glassware with Silhouette cut vinyl) as well as packaging products neatly into gift boxes.
Duties include receiving income mail, inventory control, packing and shipping, fulfillment picking, gift box assembly, pouring candles, prepping glassware, and other duties as needed (we provide all necessary training)
This is a fun, creative, casual atmosphere, with a team of women (and office dog!). We are a small team, looking for another responsible, motivated team member. Very casual - wear your sweatpants or leggings to work!
Requirements:
- Job requires a lot of movement and time on your feet.
- Job involves lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Ability to switch tasks as needed and work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.

- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel while successfully meeting deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a personality that welcomes challenges rather than avoiding them
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail - we create a lot of personalized items so it is very important to ensure orders are packaged correctly, and customers get the correct size, color, name spelling, etc that they requested.
- Upbeat personality and willingness to work both as a team and individually; Able to easily build rapport and relationships with a wide range of individuals.
- A genuine desire to assume a very hands-on role within a fast-growing creative small business and grow with the company!

- 1099-Contractor Position Working On-Site at our Pittsburgh Studio Warehouse
- Monday – Friday, Very Occasional Weekend Hours During Peak Holiday Season
- Flexible hours - ideally around 35-40 per week but can be flexible if needed
- Casual Dress Code (yes, even workout clothes!)
