We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive person to join our operations team. The primary focus of this role is operations and fulfillment, with the opportunity to contribute to e-commerce and growth work over time. It's part-time to start, with a path to full-time - ideal for a college or grad student eager to learn and grow with us. Reports to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate e-commerce fulfillment, returns, repairs, returns-to-vendor, and replacements
- Fulfill and support e-commerce, wholesale, and dropship orders
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Respond to customer email, phone, SMS, and live chat — engaging clients and upselling where it fits
- Pull inventory for press, trunk shows, and marketing requests; take regular inventory
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Assist with trunk shows and trade shows as needed (minimal travel may be required)
E-commerce & growth
- Create social media content
- Work with influencers on relationships and content creation
- Help manage our Shopify storefront
- Support marketing initatives
- Track sales and campaign performance and bring ideas to grow it
Qualifications
- Process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and strong organization
- Resourceful and accountable, able to take ownership of new projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication; a flexible team player
- Interest in e-commerce, jewelry, retail, and fashion
- Bonus: experience with Shopify, ERP systems, Klaviyo, Canva, or content creation
