What You’ll Do
- Design and sell cabinetry for kitchens, baths, etc. across a wide range of budgets
- Guide clients from consultation to project completion
- Create professional, visually compelling layouts using 2020 Design software
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Partner with installers, builders, and homeowners to deliver exceptional results
- Consistently meet, and exceed, sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in cabinetry, kitchen design, interior design, or home improvement sales
- Proficiency in 2020 Design (required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative showroom environment and supports shared success
- Self-motivated with the drive to maximize earning potential
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
