- 3+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience with remodeling, framing, decks, and general construction is a plus
- Someone interested in advancing into a crew leader position
