Position: Part-Time Maintenance & Event Support (Flexible Hours)
Location: Chelsea, MI
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (including evenings/weekends as needed)
About the Role:
We are a busy event venue and working farm seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to assist with general maintenance and event setup/cleanup. This role is ideal for someone who prefers flexible hours and a varied workload rather than a traditional 9–5 schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general property maintenance (minor repairs, upkeep, troubleshooting)
- Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, lighting, etc.)
- Help ensure the property is safe, clean, and event-ready
- Respond to occasional last-minute needs or issues
What to Expect:
- Hours will vary week to week based on event schedule and property needs
- Some weeks may have more hours, others fewer
- Work may occasionally be scheduled on short notice
- Tasks will vary—no two days are exactly the same

- Reliable and responsive (this is critical)
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
- Basic handyman or maintenance skills preferred
- Flexible availability, including some weekends
