Job Summary
The Senior Administrative Assistant supports the General Manager and Office Manager with elevated administrative, operational, and customer service functions. This role helps manage day-to-day office workflow, customer communication, and inbound processing, with growth potential into routing support as trained. Requires flexible availability to support opening and closing operations based on business volume.
Duties
- Print and review inbound paperwork and receiving reports; organize work by city
- Field inbound calls from customers, delivery teams, managers, and GE representatives
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule deliveries
- Assist with employee/contractor check-in at end of shift (closing)
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled deliveries and service requests
- Handle escalated customer concerns; loop in Office Manager for unresolved issues
- Assist General Manager and Office Manager with day-to-day operational workflow
- Assist with general office tasks — filing, data entry, document preparation
- Support communication between office staff, warehouse staff, and field employees
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings; record and distribute minutes
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn logistics/routing software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling escalated customer service situations
- Understanding of GA-based delivery/logistics operations a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support communication with our Spanish-speaking customer and contractor base; candidates without this skill are still encouraged to apply
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous administrative or customer service experience required
- Appliance/product delivery or logistics experience preferred
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability required; must be able to open as early as 5:30 AM and close depending on daily operational volume
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- Corrected vision to normal range; normal hearing and talking required for verbal communications
- Ability to use a variety of office equipment and machines

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
