Position: CNC Operator
Compensation: Based on experience.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Signature Woodworking is looking for a CNC Operator to run and maintain our CNC equipment in a fast-paced commercial millwork shop.
The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC machinery in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.

Load materials and monitor machine performance.

Read and follow cut files, labels, and production documents.

Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and basic maintenance.

Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.

Work closely with machining and production teams to maintain workflow.
Qualifications:

CNC experience required.

Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or panel processing preferred.

Ability to lift materials and work in a shop environment.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Reliable and team-oriented.
Preferred Experience:

Biesse CNC experience is a plus.

Cabinet Vision or similar software experience is helpful but not required.
