Monarch Center for Developmental Services is a multidisciplinary clinic that serves the Greater Los Angeles Area. We offer a wide range of services (OT, PT, ABA) for children with developmental disabilities and other conditions. Our team of specialists take pride in providing quality-based individualized care to each child. At Monarch, we are passionate about early intervention and approaching treatment collaboratively to serve each child’s unique needs.
We are looking for a Behavior Technician to work side by side with our BCBA’s as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
● Deliver one to one ABA intervention to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in the home and school settings
● Participate in program development led by the BCBA
● Attend Clinical Team Meetings
● Participate in continuing trainings
● Provide Parent Education
● This position requires traveling to clients’ homes
Hours:
● Flexible hours
● PT and FT options available
Pay:
● $21-$30 per hour

Requirements:
● High School Diploma (required)
● Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
● Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
● Negative TB Test
