Junior Account Manager
Velocity Commercial Capital, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Velocity Financial, Inc, an NYSE-listed public company. Velocity Commercial Capital is a real estate finance company founded in 2004 that primarily originates and manages investor loans secured by 1–4-unit residential rental and small commercial properties. Velocity Commercial Capital is seeking to hire a Jr. Loan Processor who will act as a liaison for the Account Managers and Brokers, as well outside vendors such as Title, Escrow, and Insurance companies via phone and email. This is a full-time position and is located at the offices in Blue Bell, PA.
The ideal candidate for this position has loan processing experience and will be organized and very detail oriented.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Jr. Account Manager will act as a liaison for the Account Managers.
- Work directly with Account Managers on conditions, documents and questions.
- Must be able to multitask and have a great attitude.
- Proactively work to solve issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to internal and external partners.
- Verify Loan Application and CLA Package for accuracy.
- Open loans, pull credit & order appraisal in a timely manner.
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
- Organize, index, and evaluate received documentation.
- Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans.
- Obtain an accurate Closing Confirmation signed and dated by Broker.
- Confirm documents are labeled correctly and in the correct placeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Mortgage industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of loan operating systems is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
