QRC is looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Sales Representative to help grow our business. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Find new commercial customers.
- Meet with business owners and facility managers.
- Recommend HVAC and refrigeration solutions, replacements, and maintenance plans.
- Prepare estimates and close sales.
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
- Work with our service and installation teams to make sure projects run smoothly.
- Keep customer information up to date in ServiceTitan.
- Meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical sales.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to build trust and develop customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
- Experience using ServiceTitan or another CRM is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
