We are partnering with a manufacturing organization to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration, supporting payroll functions, coordinating employee events and training, and serving as a resource for employees regarding HR-related questions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Maintain and update employee information within the HR database

File and retrieve employee records, reports, and organizational documents

Assist with planning and coordinating employee events and special programs

Support benefits administration and employee benefit inquiries

Assist with Open Enrollment activities

Respond to employee questions regarding HR, payroll, and benefits

Administer and maintain manpower planning and scheduling systems

Coordinate and assist with employee training sessions and informational meetings

Serve as backup support for payroll processing

Perform general administrative duties including filing, copying, mailing, and document preparation

Assist employees with general HR-related concerns while maintaining confidentiality

High School Diploma required

2+ years of Human Resources experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Familiarity with state and federal employment laws

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

Experience in a union manufacturing environment

PHR Certification
