Bridal Stylist- Part Time

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, Bridal Stylists are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and serve as a matchmaker, helping each bride find the dress of their dreams to confidently complete their look. Stylists are self-motivated and upbeat individuals who are sales and fashion forward. They display honesty and positivity on and off the sales floor. This is an hourly position that will earn individual sales commission and client tips.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares fully for each appointment by reviewing all bride information
- Meet with brides one-on-one to build meaningful relationships to help clients in their style selection
- Provides exceptional product knowledge to educate clients on style & attribute differences
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service to close & meet sales goals
- Meets Ivory Rose’s sales productivity standards for stylists
- Support content capture for social media and marketing initiatives
- Assists with visual merchandise displays & marketing promotions
- Results driven professional with an upbeat & outgoing personality
- Maintains housekeeping standards in the store
- Assists with store opening and closing tasks
- Physical ability throughout the store, to lift and move up to 10lbs, kneel, twist & stand
- 12-24 hours/week (Weekdays & 2-4 Weekend Days a Month)
- Weekends mandatory
- Sales experience required
