Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working with commercial systems and a deep understanding of electrical diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial package units.
- Service and repair compressor and condenser units.
- Handle wiring for exhaust motor fans.
- Read and accurately interpret complex wiring diagrams for thermostats, capacitors, and duct sensors.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and structural specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically working with commercial package units (Required).
- Technical Skills: Proven experience troubleshooting compressor and condenser units.
- Electrical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of wiring exhaust motor fans and interpreting wiring diagrams for thermostats, capacitors, and duct sensors.
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
Pay: $24.50 per hour
