About My LA Braces:
At My LA Braces, we have been transforming smiles and setting the standard for orthodontic excellence in the greater Los Angeles area for over 60 years. We are a fast-moving, goal-driven team that celebrates results — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment.
The Opportunity:
This is a hybrid field and office role: part relationship builder, part marketer, part patient champion. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting local dental offices, attending events, and growing our referral network — then come back to the office to support patients through their first steps into treatment. If you are naturally social, ambitious, and energized by connecting people to solutions, this role was built for you.
Performance bonuses are tied directly to your results, giving you a real opportunity to grow your income alongside our practice.
What You’ll Do:
Field & Community Outreach (Primary):
- Build and manage relationships with local dental offices to drive patient referrals, including regular visits, outreach events, and referral appreciation efforts.
- Represent My LA Braces at community events and local partnerships to grow brand visibility and new patient flow.
- Use a company vehicle for field visits — a clean driving record is required.
In-Office Brand & Marketing (Secondary)
- Own our social media presence — managing Instagram and Facebook content, engagement, and coordination with our digital marketing agency.
- Plan and execute patient referral campaigns, reactivation outreach, seasonal promotions, and in-office events such as spirit days.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Yelp) and support general office communications as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years as a Marketing Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator or in a sales-oriented role
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required — position includes use of a company vehicle).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — required.
- Natural relationship-builder with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working both on-site and out in the community
- Proficient in dental or practice management software (training provided)
- Ability to execute local marketing strategies and represent the practice with professionalism
