About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Administrator to help keep our day-to-day HR operations running smoothly. You’ll support everything from onboarding and employee records to payroll, benefits, compliance, recruiting, and HR reporting.
This is a great role for someone who is organized, detail oriented, comfortable working with confidential information, and enjoys being a go-to-resource for employees and managers.
What You’ll Do
● Keep employee records and HRIS data accurate and up to date throughout the employee lifecycle.
● Prepare employee documentation, including offer letters, job changes, leave, and offboarding paperwork.
● Support onboarding and recruiting by coordinating paperwork, interviews, communications, and other logistics.
● Help with benefits, leave tracking, and payroll by keeping employee and attendance information accurate and meeting key deadlines.
● Support HR compliance by maintaining required records, forms, and documentation and assisting with audits.
● Help coordinate training, track attendance, and keep training records up to date.
● Support workplace safety, including safety meetings, incident reporting, and related documentation.
● Respond to routine employee questions and escalate sensitive or complex issues to HR leadership.
● Prepare routine HR reports and help track key employee data and trends.
● Handle employee information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
What You’ll Bring
● Experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar role is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
● Experience with HRIS and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
● Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow through.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.
● Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
● Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
● A customer service mindset and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
Physical Requirements
● Work at a computer for extended periods.
● Stand and walk throughout the workplace as needed.
● Lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
● Work comfortably in a moderately noisy environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
