Qualifications:
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, but knowledge in construction and/or biological sciences are preferred
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Safely use a ladder
- Good work history
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in the field with strong organizational skills
- High School/GED or better
- Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Follow an individual schedule, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customers residence
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet customer needs
- Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
- Utilize your handheld device to complete all required service-related documentation to leverage speed and accuracy
- Lift and carry up to 100 lbs
