Job Summary
Turner, Stoeve & Gagliardi, P.S. ("TSG") seeks a full-time paralegal/legal assistant. The position is primarily in the firm’s litigation department supporting delinquency collections for multi-employer fringe benefit plans.
Duties
The position will primarily support pre-litigation and litigation related to financial obligations owed to health, pension and apprenticeship trust fund clients; Excel tracking of claims; drafting letters and court documents, factual and legal research, and other administrative support.
Skills
The successful candidate will have excellent Excel, Word, writing, and organizational skills, and attention to detail. Prior experience with electronic state and federal court filing (CM/ECF), electronic file management, and time keeping software are a plus.

Pay: $51,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
