The ICF Shift Supervisor (SS) is responsible for directing the human resources for staff working in 2 campus homes on the SS’s assigned shift. The SS makes rounds of the 2 homes in which their staff work during their shift and addresses issues related to the care of the men and women living in those homes. The SS also provides just-in-time training for the staff as needed.
Schedule: M-F 6am-2pm Every 5th weekend on-call for additional pay.

Implementation of the Mission, Values, Code of Ethics, and Code of Conduct

Ensure services provided in the homes meet the ICF/ID regulatory requirements

Oversees the operations of the ICF/ID homes for their shift

Provide for Retention and Recruitment of competent, productive, satisfied, and empowered staff

Provides on-site supervision for the assigned ICF homes on the assigned shift, as well as the program through on-call responsibilities.

Work with the ICF Leadership Team to provide quality programs and services.

Provide on-going Performance and Improvement
