Responsible for the planning and coordination of activities designed to maintain ongoing compliance with Accreditation Standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, and State Licensure Requirements. This position assists in keeping the organization in an ongoing state of readiness for all healthcare licensing and accreditation surveys. This position will also assist in the implementation of programs and services to improve the clinical and operational performance as they relate to licensing and accreditation.
- Coordinates activities designed to maintain on-going compliance with all accreditation standards, state licensing requirements, and CMS Conditions of Participation
- Coordinates organizational response to survey and inspection activity and assists with corrective action planning
- Participates in educational programs and offerings that support efforts toward compliance with accreditation and licensing standards.
- Provides leadership and expertise regarding accreditation, regulatory, and licensing requirements
- Actively promotes, improves processes and educates team members to accreditation standards and licensing requirements.
- Maintains accreditation application and related licensing information in coordination with external agency requirements
- Acts as a liaison to population program disease specific program certifications and designations to external agencies and the organization
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree. 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Four years of relevant experience.
Licensure: Subject matter licensure may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The pay range for this role is $62,691.00 - $125,382.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
