REPS Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic looking for a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team!
At REPS Physical Therapy, we provide high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. We believe in the importance of manual therapy and personalized rehabilitation plans, being mindful of each person’s abilities and goals.
We welcome therapists who are interested in training and development opportunities--and who want to have fun while helping others!
Responsibilities
- Provide treatment to patients through exercise, massage, and other therapeutic interventions
- Follow individualized care plans for each treatment and collaborate with the physical therapist to contribute suggestions
- Assist patients to walk, sit, and stand, and transport them via wheelchair if necessary
- Encourages and motivates patients to participate in the treatment program by discussing and explaining their treatment goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant License (PTA) California State license
Preferred:
- Experience in an outpatient clinic is helpful but NOT REQUIRED. Mentoring/training will be provided.
