JOB DESCRIPTION: Currently seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician who is a hardworking, technically skilled individual with a keen eye for detail, for a privately owned and managed, market rate Apartments located in Framingham.
JOB DUTIES:
- Apartment Turnovers
- Light electrical, carpentry & plumbing/ heating repairs
- Snow removal a must (with our equipment)
- Preventative Interior/exterior maintenance repairs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor but perform work independently in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in all phases of building and/or facilities maintenance and repair.
- Ability to successfully multi-task in a busy, time sensitive working environment.
- Valid Driver's License required with reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the complex.
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Service to residents.
- Must be available for Roatating on-call schedule, emergency /on call situations.
- Well groomed/ Clean apperance.
- 40 Hours plus possible overtime.
- Able to lift over 40 lbs.
- Able to work efficiently to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
