Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and have experience in various aspects of construction. This role involves working on-site to ensure that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality and durability of our projects.
Duties
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
- General Laboring ( raking concrete/stone, cleaning tools, keeping a well kept work trailer)
- Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Install rebar and other reinforcements as required for structural integrity.
- Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as necessary for job completion.
- Collaborate with foreman on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Skills (Will train)
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction processes
- Familiarity with concrete forming methods and materials
- Ability to effectively use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
