Customer Service Representative / U-Haul Rental Agent
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour (higher starting pay may be available based on experience, qualifications, and availability)

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to join our U-Haul operation in Fort Collins. Our dealership operates alongside a well-established automotive repair facility that has proudly served Northern Colorado for over 30 years.

Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with truck, trailer, and moving equipment rentals
- Answer phones and assist customers with reservations and questions
- Check rental equipment in and out
- Perform basic inspections of trucks and trailers
- Sell moving supplies and related products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional rental facility
- Assist with trailer hook-ups and equipment demonstrations after training
- Help ensure every customer has a positive rental experience

- Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service
- Has strong attention to detail
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Is willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Can safely lift up to 50 pounds
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete required U-Haul training
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and rental equipment after training
