The fast-growing Las Vegas Division of Impact Sign & Graphics is looking for an eager, responsible “People Person” who wants a career opportunity in learning and managing our Weekend Service Sign business & Signage Permitting.

The successful candidate will be a team player, fast learner, self-motivated, and a proactive self-starter. Must be computer literate and have good communication / people skills. This is an hourly position with benefits, must be willing to work flexible hours during the week & ALL weekends. This is a ‘Player – Coach’ position, handling some of the work and coaching our team that handles the balance of the work on the weekends.
· Must be able to work weekends. Thursday – Monday Schedule.
· Must have a clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
· Must have an operational mobile phone.
· Present a clean and professional appearance.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to organize & schedule other employees.
· Ability to troubleshoot problems.
· Must be willing to work independently – especially on the weekends.
Physical Demands:
Job will require driving a company truck to our client’s projects, placing signs as needed, lifting sign materials in and out of the truck as needed. Ability to lift 40+ pounds. Ability to get in and out of a truck bed to place signs. Ability to use light tools (Hammer, Mallet, Electric Screw Gun, etc.).
Reports To:
Division Manger
Weekend report will be due each Monday – sent to Division Manager, Office Manager, Billing Manager.

Work Environment:
Job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment & also out in the field at our client’s projects.
This Job is a combination of physical work placing signs, and scheduling & training part time staff handling sign placement.
