This is a hands-on, field-oriented role ideal for engineers who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and communicating technical solutions—not just sitting behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal sales representatives
- Assist with product selection and application of utility equipment
- Communicate technical solutions clearly via phone, email, and in-person discussions
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers
- Work directly with customers at job sites and branch locations
- Support project coordination and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Prepare quotes, sales contracts, and submit orders
- Travel regularly to customer sites across the region
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and related tools)
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional, personable, and customer-focused demeanor

Preferred Qualifications
