We're looking for a proactive, flexible team member with a great attitude. In this role, you'll support the sales team and our wonderful clients. This is an entry-level role located in Jewelers Row downtown Chicago.

DUTIES
- Run frequent errands to and from vendors in the building and in the neighborhood
- Make sure the store is clean and looks good for our guests
- Work with vendors on getting/returning inventory, memos and invoicing
- Accept and administer client repairs and ring sizings
- Keep the kitchen stocked for our guests
- Create labels and ship packages
- Manage supplies
- Answer phones and provide basic customer service as needed
- Perform data entry as needed·
- Perform other regular retail tasks
REQUIREMENTS

- A great attitude. A lot gets thrown your way, you'll need to be quick on your feet and provide service with a smile.
- Must be responsible and detail-oriented.
- You will be running around throughout the day- 30-80% of your day will require physical activity, although each day is different.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus – although not your primary role, you will be interacting with clients on a regular basis.
- Can commit to 5 days including Saturdays 10-5. There could be some scheduling flexibility for the right candidate.
- Familiar with spreadsheets and Google sheets is a plus
- Are OK completing a basic background check

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
