As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Shipping Supervisor to lead our shipping team. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time while fostering a positive, safety-focused work environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead, coach, and develop shipping team members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Coordinate daily workflow to maximize productivity and meet shipping deadlines.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and work with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety standards.
- Operate or oversee the safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with Receiving, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support company goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Experience using warehouse management systems.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
