What You’ll Do:
As a Wellness Advisor, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to bring in new members and keep our current ones happy. You’ll help students pick the right classes, answer questions about memberships, and even assist with merchandise sales. You’ll be the friendly face that makes everyone feel welcome and part of the YogaSix community. Oh, and you’ll help keep the studio looking great too!
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person with great sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Someone who’s goal-driven and loves hitting sales targets
- A quick learner who can master our Club Ready software
- Excellent communicator (in person, on the phone, and via email)
- Cool under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy with solid computer skills
- Flexible for occasional travel, events, and trainings
- Part-time availability
Your Day-to-Day:
- Help new members through the full sales process: lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Crush sales goals set by the General Manager
- Give studio tours to potential members and build connections
- Know our products, programs, and pricing inside and out
- Promote the studio as a fitness and wellness hub
- Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas
- Represent YogaSix at community events like health fairs, marathons, and more
- Keep the studio clean, safe, and welcoming
- Always be improving your sales skills
- Jump in on other tasks as needed

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
